Welcome to pricedog.app (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our paid web-based service, which allows users to track and monitor price changes on third-party products (“Service”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use pricedog.app. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Paid Subscription

Access to pricedog.app is available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of sign-up.

2.1 Billing

  • All fees are charged after a month-long period ends (the period starts on the day the subscription starts), unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your payment details.
  • Prices are listed in USD (United States dollar) and may be subject to tax depending on your location.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

2.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

2.4 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. If you experience an issue, please contact us at jan@pricedog.app, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Track products in violation of third-party website terms of use.
  • Interfere with the functionality of any third-party service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our systems.
  • Share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Third-Party Sites and Content

pricedog.app interacts with external websites to fetch product data. We do not own, control, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of content hosted on those sites.

Your use of third-party websites is subject to their terms of service.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, timely price information, but we cannot guarantee that data is always correct or current. Websites may block our access, change structure, or display dynamic content we cannot detect.

We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions made based on our data.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality on pricedog.app is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised credentials.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, pricedog.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after such changes means you accept the new Terms.
